Returns and Refunds

In the event that there is an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us before taking any further action. Please do so by either calling us on 020 3773 2729 or emailing us at info@cchemist.com.

We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for dispensed medication due to health and safety considerations, except in cases where the product has been damaged or the incorrect item has been dispensed.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for medication that is no longer needed or for any adverse reactions that may occur.

If you wish to return a product purchased through our website, you may do so by posting it back to us within 14 days of its despatch. It is important that you obtain proof of postage for your own records.

Please note that we will only issue refunds for products that are returned to us in their original, unopened packaging. If the product is opened, used, incomplete, or damaged, we will not issue a refund, except in cases where the product is found to be faulty. If you do not cover the delivery costs for the returned product, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount that is to be re-credited to you.

Although we aim to expedite this process, please allow up to 30 days for your refund to reach you. The monies will be credited back to the debit or credit card used to make the original purchase.

Please note that your right to return a product does not apply once the 14-day period has elapsed.
