What does Fagron NutriGen analyse?
Fagron lists more than 100 genetic variations across 15 broad categories. The analysis considers appetite and food preferences, nutrient metabolism, exercise response, inflammation, hormones, vitamins, minerals and diet-related factors.
What can the report contain?
Fagron describes a genetic overview, a nutrition plan informed by health and habit information, and possible supplementation proposals. Its food guidance covers more than 1,000 foods and drinks across 17 groups. Discuss the practical meaning of any recommendation during your consultation.

The sample is collected with an inner-cheek swab. Fagron quotes around two weeks after laboratory receipt; postage, sample issues and arranging a consultation can add time.
